Service channels
THE EUPOS-TOMORROW base station system consists of 3 (three) networked base stations or Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) receivers operating in continuous mode (365 days a year), capturing and processing satellite signal data, distributing them to users in real time (RTK) and accumulating for post-processing IN RINEX format. EUPOS-RIEGA shall provide local government personnel, measuring and other sectors with GNSS data services such as real-time adjustment (RTK) data, differential positioning (DGPS) data and post-processing data required for high-precision geodetic measurements. The coordinates of THE EUPOS-RĪGA base stations are calculated in the 1992 Latvian Coordinates System (LKS-92 TM) and linked to the National Geodetic Network.
THE EUPOS-TOMORROW base station system has been validated according to 15.11.2011 For the purposes of the BOM Regulation No 879, the rules for the system of the geodetic reference system and the topographic map system.
The service is provided for free.
The following ways to request a service are:
face-to-face - submit a completed submission form to the Riga City City Development Department's Geomatic Board in Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga;
e-mail - send the completed application form to the geo@riga.lv e-mail.
2. Receipt of services
The following ways of receiving the service are:
face-to-face – all information relevant to the supervision of the performance of the contract, operational and technical information is provided at the Riga City City Development Department's Geomatic Board in Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga;
e-mail - All information related to the issuance, activation and termination of the user identifier and the spotlight of the service shall be sent to the e-mail address specified in the service recipient's application.
