Special rules for the design of amelioration and environmental requirements

1. Service requests
The submitter shall submit an application and the necessary documents to the Kancelejā of the Department of Housing and Environment. The submitter may send an application to the RD Department of Housing and Environment by post or e-mail.
Receipt of services documents required:
1. An application in a free form;
2. Building permit issued by the City Development Department of Riga City Council;
3. Supporting documents relating to property, possession or use rights - a copy;
4. The authority of the initiator of construction, if the submitter of the design documentation does not have ownership, possession or usage rights;
5. The design of a project marked/fixed in a topographic plan with a view to engineering communications - a sketch of a general plan (with a solution for heating, water supply, municipal sewers and rain sewers);

2. Receipt of services
The person arrives at the Kancelejā of the Housing and Environment Department of Riga City Council and receives conditions. The Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council shall send electronically signed terms to the e-mail specified by the person or to the address specified by the person by post.
