Service channels
If a person wishes to review the boundaries of the land parcels functionally needed for the residential house in the territory of Riga State, he or she shall refer to the privatisation commission of the residential houses of Riga municipality (hereinafter - Commission). The Commission, on the basis of the requirements of the existing regulatory framework and the solutions to the Riga Country Planning Documents:
1) prepare a proposal for the redeployment of the boundaries of land plots functionally necessary for residential houses;
2) prepare a new plan for the boundaries of the land parcels functionally necessary for the residential house in order to establish the necessary land parcel for the maintenance, management of each residential house and for the determination of the corresponding land area to be housed.
A person, his or her legal representative or an authorised person shall refer to the service in the Riga municipal residential house privatisation commission; sending documents, signed with a secure electronic signature, to the official e-mail; sending documents by post. Receipt of services documents required:
1. A submission regarding the review of the plots functionally necessary for the residential house (submitted by the authorised person of the apartment owners or the land owner) (original);
2. Written letter of the authorised person (original);
3. The minutes or survey sheet of the general assembly of apartment owners or other document approving the review of the parcel of land functionally required for the residential house;
4. Proposal for adjustment of the boundaries of the parcel of land functionally required for the residential house (graphic image - boundary and area of the attached parcel) (original).
2. Receipt of services
A person, his or her legal representative or an authorised person shall refer to the Riga municipality residential house privatisation commission. The prepared information is sent to the email provided by the service recipient or to the mail address provided by the service recipient.
