Rental of real estate owned and accepting by the municipality of Riga State for the installation and maintenance of roots (family) gardens

1. Service requests
A person shall send an application prepared in accordance with the model attached to the service description
and regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, and, has been certified with a secure electronic signature, to the e-mail address diipp@riga.lv or aic@riga.lv, or arrives and submit a submission to the Customer Service Centre of the City Council Property Department or to one of the territorial locations of the city residents' centre or send the submission to the Riga City Council Property Department by post.

The service shall be provided in the property department on-site after prior registration within the limits of the working days and working hours specified for the institution. Type of acceptance: remotely using one of the available remote communication tools (on Mondays - Fridays), or in person, when arriving at the place of acceptance, on Knights Street 10 (Customer Service Centre), in Riga (on Tuesdays - Fridays), unless the parties have agreed to be accepted remotely.

In cases where it is necessary to limit or stop the reception of visitors on site, visitors
are accepted remotely, in cases where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, allowing the presence of visitors.

The service may be provided on-site at the Customer Service Centre of the Department of Property on Knights Street 10, Riga, only after a previous entry by phone number +37167026138 or +37167026151, or by specialists, assessing the urgency of providing it in person on a case-by-case basis.

Receipt of services documents required:
Application according to the model attached to the description of the service with the exact contact details of the applicant, including e-mail.

2. Receipt of services
A person shall be sent mutually signed service performance documents (contract) signed with a secure electronic signature to an e-mail address or a person arrives at the Customer Service Centre of the Riga City Council Property Department or at one of the territorial locations of the city residents centre, or the Riga City Council Property Department shall send to the person the service performance documents (contract) (contract) (contract)).
