Rental of built-up land owned and accepted by the municipality of Riga State

1. Service requests
A person may submit an application in person, by post or application, which has been prepared in conformity with the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, may be sent to an e-mail.

Receipt of services documents required:
For natural persons:
1) a submission in which the given name, surname, personal identity number, address, address, address, area, cadastre number or cadastre designation (if known) is indicated;
2) a document certifying the property, legal possession or rights of use of buildings (structures).
For legal persons:
1) a submission in which the name, legal address, address, area, cadastre number or cadastre designation of the land to be housed (if known) is indicated;
2) a document certifying the property, legal possession or rights of use of buildings (structures).

2. A service charge
Charges related to receiving the service:
Expenses related to the strengthening or deletion of land rental rights in the Land Register of the City of Riga (in accordance with the Land Register Law).

3. Receipt of services
A person may receive a service execution document (contract) in person, e-mail or by post. A service execution document signed with a secure electronic signature (contract) shall be sent to the person at the e-mail address specified in the application or a service execution document (contract) shall be sent to the person.
