A person on the basis of his or her application shall be registered in the relevant register (registers), evaluating the actual and legal circumstances of the case.

1. Service requests
A person arrives at the Kancelejā of the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council or in the city city of Riga residents centre and submits a submission or a person may submit the necessary documents electronically, which have been prepared in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, or shall send a submission to the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council by post.

2. Receipt of services
A person arrives at the Kancelejā of the Department of Housing and Environment or at the city of Riga residents centre and receives a commission decision regarding the examination of the registration application or a decision shall be received by post, if the person has shown his or her home address, or by e-mail
