The issue of technical regulations by ensuring the provision of a service in conformity with the legislation for the development of the construction process, if the civil engineering networks in the possession of RPA “Riga Light” will be affected during the execution of the works.
Pakalpojuma saturs Akordeonā
1. Service requests
Submit:
1. an application for the receipt of technical regulations;
2. The planning and architectural task of the newly constructed or reconstructed installation issued by the City Development Department of Riga City Council;
3. an extract from the Land Register of the City of Riga regarding the property rights of the applicant for technical regulations;
4. a land border plan;
5. a sketch of the design of construction.
6. on the scale of the topographic plans for underground communications, 1:50 0 (if necessary 1:25 0), issued not later than 1 year prior to the application of technical regulations.
By sending a request to the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv, adding the above:
documents.
By sending an electronic application with the attached attachments above to an e-mail rg@riga.lv.
2. Receipt of services
Technical regulations may be obtained on-site, in the Construction Information System in www.bis.gov.lv or electronically by e-mail.
Submit:
