Receipt of a statement and information letter on the payment of immovable property tax

1. Service requests
• E-mail - send an electronically signed application or request for information without an electronic signature.
• submit an application using an e-address.
• in the portal – www.epakalpojumi.lv via the “Report to the municipality” service.
• Telephonic - Requesting information by free informational phone +371 80000850 or +371 67105919 (for calls from abroad).
• by post - submit (sending) an application during the RIP.
• on-site, submitting an application during the RIP.

Receipt of services documents required:
- the form “Annex 6 of the statement regarding the absence of an immovable property tax debt to be issued in the Land Register Division”;
- Annex 7 of the form for the provision of information on real estate tax.

2. Receipt of services
- the service is received in person at the request of a person, his or her legal representative or authorised person in the Board of Revenue of the Municipality of Riga City Council;
- the reply may be sent to the account of the Official Electronic Address. If not, to the e-mail address registered in the RD Municipal Revenue Board;
- by post.
