Receipt of a permit for retail sale of alcoholic beverages at the place of outward trade at the public event

1. Service requests
In order to receive the Permit, a merchant shall submit a submission to the Local Government, in which the following shall
1. the name, registration number, contact number, e-mail address of the merchant;
2. the address of the place of business in which the retail sale of alcoholic beverages is intended for outward trade, including the cadastre designation of the building or premises;
3. the period for which the merchant wishes to obtain the Permit;
4. the working time of the retail venue for alcoholic beverages;
5. the name, registration number, contact and contact details of the organiser of the measure (e-mail, telephone number);
Indication 6, if it is planned to sell alcoholic beverages in which the amount of alcohol exceeds 15 percentages by volume, accompanied by a co-ordination with the organiser of the measure concerned and the owner of the place where the measure is to take place, the legal possessor or manager, in relation to the aggregation of the territory.

An electronically signed reconciliation shall be sent to the e-mail address specified in the customer's application. In person, the conciliations are issued in the city city city of Riga.
