2. A service charge
The service is free of charge.
According to the binding regulation No 109 of the Riga City Council of 18 j 2011, the local government fee for trade in public places in Riga has to be paid.

The list of registered street sales sites is available on the home page of the municipality of Riga, https://www.riga.lv/lv,, under City - Entrepreneurs - List of registered street sales sites

Receipt of services documents required:
An application for street trade at the registered street trading location (see application form) and the documents specified in the Annex part of the application form.

3. Receipt of services
An electronically signed permit shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the customer's application. If the documents have been submitted in person at the Riga City residents centre, the customer may indicate in which location of the Riga City Neighborhood residents center he or she wants to receive a response.
