Receipt of services documents required:

- personal identification document;
- an authorised person - a notarised term of office.

1) on-site - a co-ordinated visit time with the Chief of the Municipal Revenue Board;
2) by phone - a harmonised time of visit to the Chief of the Municipal Revenue Board.
