Permission to own a wine, fermented beverages or other alcoholic beverages in the ownership or possession for the production of the existing gardens and apiaries products or into the wild growing plants without the use of alcohol or other produced alcoholic beverages. Authorisation shall be granted for a period of time, but not longer than 3 years.

1. Service requests
An application shall be submitted for the receipt of the service, in which the following shall be indicat
1. the name and legal address of the performer of economic activity or merchant;
2. the assortment and volume of alcoholic beverages to be produced and/or the quantity of absolute alcohol;
3. place of production (address).
A copy of the document certifying the right to use of the place of production shall be attached to the application.
