1. A person registered in the Aid Register (registers) shall receive an invitation in the registration order to view the residential space offered for rental and to make a choice from a maximum of three different residential spaces suitable for living.
2. Consent to the chosen residential area must be given by completing an application in the appropriate form.
3. On the basis of this person's submission, the Lent Committee of the Residential Avenues of the Riga City Council shall take a decision regarding the rental of the residential space.
4. Riga City Council Housing and Environment Department Housing Administration issues a recommendation for entering into a residential rental contract.

2. Receipt of services
The person receives an inspection assignment upon arrival at the Kancelejā of the Housing and Environment Department of Riga City Council or receives it by post.
