Legal advice on privatisation/disposal of apartment properties

1. Service requests
A person shall be consulted on:
1. Privatisation and disposal of local government residential houses (parts thereof), apartments, artist workshops, non-residential premises and single-apartment houses in the territory of Riga;
2. The alienation of a part owned by the local government of land functionally necessary for residential houses;
3. A review of the plots functionally needed for residential houses;
4. In matters of legal proceedings.
A person turns for a service in the Riga municipal residential privatisation commission, telephonic, sending an e-mail to the official e-mail of the institution or sending an application by post.

2. Receipt of services
A person receives a service at the privatisation commission of residential houses of Riga municipality, by telephone, sending the prepared information to the e-mail indicated by the recipient of the service or sending the prepared information to the postal address indicated by the recipient of the service.
