The Privatization Commission of Riga municipal residential houses concludes land lease agreements regarding land parcels owned by the municipality of Riga, which are to be maintained on the name of the municipality by the decision of the Riga City Council.

1. Service requests
Person, his or her legal representative or authorised person may turn to the site of Riga municipalities
the Privatisation Commission for residential houses (hereinafter - the Commission) or to send documents in the official e-mail of the Commission.
For a natural person and a legal person:
To produce a personal identification document (to provide a copy of the authorisation documents to an authorised person,
when presenting the originals).
2. Receipt of services
A person, his or her legal representative or an authorised person shall turn to the Riga municipality residential house privatisation commission or receive an electronically signed document in e-mail.
Person, his or her legal representative or authorised person may turn to the site of Riga municipalities
the Privatisation Commission for residential houses (hereinafter - the Commission) or to send documents in the official e-mail of the Commission.
