2. Receipt of services
The service may be received in person in the Transport Department of the Riga City Council or the information shall be sent to the postal address specified by the applicant.

1. Service requests
The service may be requested by the Transport Department of the Riga City Council in person and by e-mail. The applicant shall submit an application, a document attesting the right to a passenger bicycle held by the service provider, if the service provider is not the owner of the passenger bicycle (a copy of the lizing, lease, loan or similar contract, presenting the original), a copy of the insurance contract issued by the manufacturer, which identifies the technical details of the passenger bicycle (presenting the originals) (presenting a copy) (in the case of the original) regarding the civil liability of the relevant passenger bicycle owner or the entitled user
liability insurance.
