Issuance of a permit for the installation of public entertainment equipment

1. Service requests
In order to receive the service, an application shall be submitted to the municipality of Riga State, which shall specify the name, registration number, legal address of the legal person, or the given name, surname, birth data, the location of the installation of public entertainment equipment and the time from the beginning of construction to the end of construction, the name of the entertainment equipment and registration number in the register of dangerous equipment..
The submission shall be accompanied by a co-ordinated public entertainment in the City Development Department of Riga City Council
installation project (the project provides for the setting-up of the area of public entertainment equipment,
fitting of driveways and access routes and enclosures, passenger boarding areas,
lighting, warning and location of information signs); City Development of Riga City Council
organisation of public entertainment arrangements agreed in the department (scheme provides for public entertainment
location of the equipment and indicate design handling and public entertainment equipment control panel
location); copies of technical passports for public entertainment equipment to be installed; consent or contract
a copy with the owner or legal possessor of the immovable property on which he or she is owned or held
public entertainment facilities are installed on the ground.
