In order to perform works on the streets and in the immediate vicinity thereof, one of the prerequisites in regulatory enactments is the deployment, installation and removal of technical means of the traffic organisation, in agreement with the road manager. In performing works in the streets of Riga State, the performer of works must develop a plan for equipping jobs in accordance with the procedures specified in regulatory enactments. The jobs scheme must be submitted for harmonisation to the Transport Department of the Riga City Council.
