Harmonising the Street Trade Project

1. Information step
In the City Development Department of Riga City Council, the harmonisation of the street trade project (including visual solution of the site/installation, area and size of the area to be occupied) should be carried out.
If it is intended to create closed, spatial solutions, to accommodate buildings (kiosks, pavilions, terraces with foundations or similar objects) at a street outlet, their placement or new construction shall be harmonised in accordance with the procedures specified by the regulatory enactments regulating construction.

2. Service requests
The service may be requested in person, electronically or by post.
When requesting a service in person, the customer shall turn to the City Development Department of Riga City Council, leaving the documents in a specially designed document cabinet, or to the Riga City residents center, leaving the documents in a dedicated mailbox for them.
When requesting a service electronically, the client shall submit an application prepared in accordance with the regulatory enactments
for acts regarding the drawing up of electronic documents, certified with a secure electronic signature, time stamp and other necessary documents.
When requesting the service by mail, the customer shall submit a completed submission with the attached documents.
Receipt of services documents required:
1. “Application for Harmonisation in the Visual Solution of the Place for the Delivering of Street Trade/Public Nutrition Services” (No. Da_120_v3);
2. the draft permanent trading venue:
2.1. colour photofixation of the site;
2.2. the location of the installation (the total area to be occupied) in the engineer network situation plan or land land border plan M 1:25 0 or 1:50 0 with dimensions and attachments;
2.3. the arrangement of the place of sale in plan M1: 100;
2.4. a detailed design solution, except in cases where trade is performed from the mobile retail selling point;
2.5. visualization of an installation in the context of the environment;
2.6. if the trade is performed only from a motor vehicle without the fitting of an additional place of sale outside the vehicle or the place of sale is not specially arranged, the arrangement of the vehicle in the plan M 1:10 0 or M 1:25 0 with dimensions and attachments.

3. Receipt of services
A harmonised street trade project (including visual solution of the site/installation, area and size of the area to be occupied) is issued in the City Development Department of Riga City Council, Dzirnavu Street 140, Riga, or it is sent electronically to the e-mail indicated in the application (activated in the case of an official e-address account, the department will use the e-address primarily) or the recorded in a mailing to the address specified by the applicant.

Documents can be received on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00, on Thursdays from 13.00 to 17.00. In order to request receipt of documents, a previous record must be made by calling the Call Centre of the City Development Department of Riga City Council by telephone: 67105800.
