Persons whose area of the territory adjacent to the immovable property is more than half of the area of real estate may receive local government assistance in the care of the territory adjacent to the immovable property by entering into an agreement with local governments regarding cooperation.

1. Service requests
For the receipt of the service, a person shall submit an application indicating the desired type of cooperation for the immovable
in the care of the territory adjacent to the property:
1. the obligation of the local government to set up a part of the territory adjacent to the immovable property, the area of which exceeds half of the area of the immovable property;
2. other forms of cooperation in the care of the territory adjacent to immovable property (e.g. municipalities
the obligation to ensure that leaves or snow are removed, etc.).
Documents certifying property rights shall be attached to the application.

2. Receipt of services
A decision shall be sent electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the application or to the postal address indicated in the application, taking into account the applicant's wish.
