Service channels
1. A person receives an invitation to appear at the Kancelejā of the Department of Housing and Environment within a period of two weeks in the order of registration and to receive the updated decision of the Register Commission regarding the determined accommodation allowance
2. After receipt of the decision of the Register Commission, a person shall submit to the Housing Administration the necessary documents for receipt of the Benefit within a period of three months.
3. Riga City Council Residential Spaces Leaning Commission takes a decision regarding the granting of the Allowance.
4. The local government shall transfer the allowance granted to the person to the account of the seller, rental, lessor or bank transaction.
Note: Updated decision of the Registration Commission valid for three months
The person arrives in the Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council and submits the documents (special form).
2. Receipt of services
The person arrives at the Kancelejā of the Housing and Environment Department of Riga City Council and receives a decision of the Commission.
The Housing and Environment Department of the Riga City Council shall transfer the allowance to the specified bank account.
