Deployment of individual arrangement elements

1. Service requests
The service may be requested in person, electronically or by post.
When requesting a service in person, the customer shall turn to the City Development Department, leaving the documents in a specially designed document cabinet, or to the Riga City Neighborhood Center, leaving the documents in a dedicated mailbox for them.
When requesting a service electronically, the client shall submit an application prepared in accordance with the regulatory enactments
for acts on the drawing up of electronic documents, certified by a secure electronic signature, time
a stamp and other necessary documents. The customer can also request the service using an e-address.
When requesting the service by mail, the customer shall submit a completed submission with the attached documents.
Service requests documents required:
1. Application for Harmonisation in the Deployment and Visual Solution of Individual Elements
(Form No. Da_166_v2);
2. Explanatory description of the intended arrangements
2. photofixation of the existing situation;
The technical documentation for elements 3 (dimensions, colour, material);
Illustration of elements 4 in the context of the environment;
5. the removal of elements in the plot on the geospatial information plan;
7. a mandate where the documents are submitted by the authorised person;
8. Other documents.

2. Receipt of services
Service receivable on site in the City Development Department, presenting a passport or identification card
(for an authorised person - authorisation), electronically on the e-mail/e-mail/e-address indicated in the application of the construction agent or in the mail to the address indicated by the submitter.
Documents can be received on Tuesday from 9.00 to 13.00, on Thursdays from 13.00 to 17.00. To apply for receipt of documents, you must make a pre-recording by calling the Call Centre of the City Development Department by phone: 67105800.
