Crisis intervention service for crisis parties

1. Service requests
In order for the family to receive a crisis intervention service, information regarding this must be received from the Orphan's Court or the Riga Municipal Police. The Orphan's Court or Riga Municipal Police shall call the Riga Social Service and apply to a family who would need to receive a crisis intervention service. Phone for information: 67105048
The social work specialist of the social service of Riga takes a decision regarding the issuing of a referral to the family for the receipt of the crisis intervention service. The transfer issued shall be transferred to the crisis intervention service provider, which shall proceed to the provision of the service at the place of residence.

2. Receipt of services
The receipt of the crisis intervention service shall take place at the place of residence of the person.
