In organising public events, one of the prerequisites is the deployment, installation and removal of technical means of the traffic organisation (hereinafter - SOTL), in agreement with the local government of the relevant administrative territory. By organising public events in the administrative territory of the municipality of Riga, the organizer of the measures must develop a route and SOTL layout scheme to be submitted for harmonisation in the Transport Department of Riga City Council (manager of the public use street network of Riga State city).
