Coordination of the demonstration of fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles

1. Service requests
A submission for the receipt of the service shall be submitted for the co-ordination of the demonstration of fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles.
The application shall be accompanied by:
1. A copy of the registration certificate issued by the State Labour Inspectorate or the licence issued by the State Police.
2. A copy of the pyrotechnician certificate.
3. Demonstration plan for fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles:
3.1. a statement of the preparatory works for the demonstration of pyrotechnic articles and the scope of the works;
3.2. the arrangement of fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles;
3.3. a plan of the plot of land in which a dangerous zone, a dangerous zone of fireworks, the location of guards has been indicated,
as well as rescue and evacuation routes.
4. Programme for the demonstration of fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles:
4.1. the start and end time of the demonstration of pyrotechnic articles;
4.2. description of fireworks and theatrical pyrotechnic articles to be used, intended effects;
4.3. the procedures and frequency for the commencement of pyrotechnic articles;
4.4. the size of the danger zone.
5. written agreements with the Riga City Administration of the State Fire and Rescue Service, Environment
the regional environmental board of the Ministry of Defence and Regional Development or the Marine Environment Board, if
demonstration of pyrotechnic articles shall be organised closer than 300 metres from cultural and historical background
objects of importance, historical and cultural monuments, cemeteries, cult buildings, reserves and national parks; and the owner of the venue for the demonstration of pyrotechnic articles, if he or she is not the organizer thereof.

2. Receipt of services
The service shall be received in person or electronically to the electronic mail address indicated in the application.
