Street marketing permits at the registered street trading venue shall be issued only to places that are previously agreed and included in the list of registered street outlets. Before starting the trade, if the planned trading venue is not already harmonised (the list of registered street sales sites is available on the Riga City municipality's home page in the section of https://www.riga.lv/lv, City - Entrepreneurs - List of registered street sales sites), it is necessary to harmonise it.

1. Service requests
Receipt of services documents required:
A submission regarding the registration or changes of a street trading site at the previously registered street trading location (see application form) and the documents specified in the Annex part of the submission form.

2. Receipt of services
The harmonised street trading site shall be included in a list approved by the ordinance of the resident centre of neighbourhoods.

The current list of registered street sales sites is published on the Riga City municipality's website (https://www.riga.lv/lv, section: City - Entrepreneurs - List of registered street sales sites)

A response is sent to the customer regarding the results of the co-ordination of the proposed trading venue or, if the customer has indicated in the application that he or she is requesting to issue a marketing authorisation at the registered street trading site, after the registration of the street trading site or the adjustment of the registered street trading site, the client shall be granted authorisation at the registered street trading site..
