Retail sale of alcoholic beverages in holdings shall be permitted from January to December of each calendar year, including in the following places:
1. in street marketing places for the provision of public catering services within the framework of one season (spring/summer or autumn/winter season), provided that a bar is harmonised in the composition of the draft street trading site;
52. non-residential buildings, permanent accommodation activities at sports, entertainment and cultural events. Groups of buildings or spaces must comply with the use of broadcasting activities, commercial, catering or sports buildings.

1. Service requests
In order to receive Harmonisation, a merchant shall submit a submission to the Local Government, in which the following shall be indicated
1. the name, registration number and telephone number, e-mail address of the merchant;
2. the address of the place of commercial activity in which the retail sale of alcoholic beverages is planned in the holding (in the case specified in Sub-paragraph 5.2, the name of the building or the cadastre of premises shall also be indicated);
3. the time period for which a merchant wishes to receive a Reconciliation for retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the holding in the place referred to in Sub-paragraph 9.2;
4. the working time of the retail holding for alcoholic beverages;
Indication 5, if it is intended to sell alcoholic beverages in which the alcoholic strength exceeds 15 percentages by volume, accompanied by the conciliations referred to in Sub-paragraphs 8.1 and 8.2.
2. Receipt of services
An electronically signed reconciliation shall be sent to the e-mail address specified in the customer's application. In person, the conciliations are issued in the city city city of Riga.
