Allowance for trustee

1. Service requests
A person may request a trustee's allowance at the same time when appealing to the Orphan's Court of Riga regarding the appointment of a trustee. A person shall present a personal identification document to the responsible employee of the Orphan's Court, a true copy of the decision regarding the appointment of the trustee and submit a submission regarding the request for a benefit.
Original submissions and transcripts of decisions regarding the appointment of a person as trustee of the Orphan's Court of Riga
is delivered to the Riga Social Service, which decides on the granting and payment of the allowance.
A trustee of benefits may also request a request from the Social Service of Riga by submitting a submission and a true copy of the decision of the Orphan's Court regarding the appointment of a trustee.

2. Receipt of services
The Riga Social Service shall notify the decision regarding the granting of the allowance or the refusal to grant the allowance to the trustee in writing within twenty-two working days, indicating the procedures for contesting and appealing the decision.
The allowance shall be paid to the trustee once a month by transferring it to the accounting account indicated by the trustee.
