Riga Social Service grants a benefit with a view to providing material support to persons who have reached hundred and more years. The amount of the allowance shall be EUR 250,00 per annum.

1. Service requests
The allowance shall be granted without requesting an application.
The social service shall grant the allowance every year during the month of the achievement of the Person of a hundred and more years, transferred to the Account indicated by the Person, or paid in cash when delivered to the Person at his or her place of residence.
2. Receipt of services
The social service shall pay the allowance in cash when it is delivered to the person at the place of residence.
The allowance shall be granted without requesting an application.
